What you will do? Job Scope & Purpose:
The qualified candidate will be an integral part in the continued success and growth of the Service Department. This position requires a high energy level with a focus toward customers and a strong desire to succeed. Team player, good organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required. Debriefing and accounting for general service calls, preparing and invoicing service calls.

How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities:
•    Provide same-day billing with 97% productivity levels and QA goal consistently 
•    Validate process guidelines and requirements are met 
•    Resolve internal and external customer request in less than 48 Hrs. 
•    Responsible for running daily and weekly real time reports relevant to the process 
•    Analyze customer account details and request adjustments if needed. 
•    Month end close activities. 
•    Miscellaneous as required. 
 

What we look for? Position Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree required. 
•    Full time availability. 
•    Teamwork Skills. 
•    Easily adaptable to change. 
•    Proactive problem resolution. 
•    1+ year experience in billing (recording, data analysis, validation and accounting). 
•    Experience with North American or English speaking customers preferable. 
•    Use of Oracle or SAP preferable. 
•    Fluent English reading, writing and speaking (Business needed).

•    Time Management - Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activities.
