Responsible for providing inquiry and transaction support to Recruiters, HR and Hiring Managers to schedule Candidate Interviews, Candidate Reimbursements, complete New Hires and Internal Movements following the process designated to each type of transaction. Also manages some different activities related to HR professionals, employees, applicants, and hiring Managers.  

  

The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Provides service delivery on the following TAO processes: 
  • New Hire screening process completion.  
  • Complete Background and Drug test reports for candidates, following the Johnson Controls policies and procedures for each Country/State to comply with their local laws. 
  • Adjudication coordination 
  • Creation of Employment Contracts for New Hires and distribute to HR (Mexico only).  
  • Follow-up on I9 completion and manage I9 exceptions (US only). 
  • Assist in any incoming inquiry from external and internal customers. 
  • Accomplish the Call Management Framework & KPIs for calls and cases.  
  • Perform basic transactional processing activities to support Tier 2 area. 
  • Edit Job Requisitions in Taleo to match with the information found in Workday. 
  • Executes services and processes based on the documentation, presentations, WI and related supporting materials that are available for consultation. 
  • Ensures quality and compliance controls are properly followed 
  • Works towards meeting KPIs and SLAs defined in the Case Management Framework 
  • Triages issue resolution with Sr. Analyst and/or Process Owner when applicable.  
  • Maintains a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers.  
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities that will increase quality and service delivery efficiency. 
  • When required, participates with Sr. Analysts and Process Owner in system enhancements, upgrades and fixes.

Calificaciones - Externas

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field required 
  • Desirable working experience in a HR Service Center or HR operations   
  • High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, Portuguese are desirable.    
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.    
  • Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously.   
  • Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.    
  • High Customer Service orientation. 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite applications. 
  • Desirable experience in core HR operations processes, especially on the track of recruitment. 
  • Desirable experience in Workday, Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Taleo.
