What you will do:

The HR Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and to maintain day-to-day operation to deliver results. As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Active participation on Continuous Improvement is highly expected.

 How you will do it:
Activities & Responsibilities:
  • Provide Customer Service to internal employees of USA, Canada, Mexico of Johnson Controls Inc.
  • Become part of the North American HR Shared Services Center for employees of Johnson Controls Inc.
  • Transactional and administrative support in processes related to Talent applications (Sumtotal, Taleo, Kenexa, Workday,
  • 360, Business Objects)
  • Responsible to resolve problems of applications in the Talent area (Sumtotal, Taleo, Kenexa, Workday, 360, Business
  • Objects)
  • Man hours reports LMS training
  • Registration of personnel in the LMS system to e-learning courses, and face-to-face
  • Implementation of DC3 and DC4 as legal compliance of the STPS
  • Contact with Learning & Development Employees to configure the training needs system globally.
  • Improvements to current processes and work area work instructions
  • Projects for the implementation of new services to the portfolio

What do you need:

Requirements or Skills:

  • Advanced English Required, Portuguese desirable.
  • Completed Career (Administration, Industrial Engineer, Human Resources)
  • Desirable experience of 1 year in systems management to manage training (Sumtotal, Taleo, Kenexa, Workday, 360,
  • Business Objects)
  • Desirable experience in operating systems and customer support in IT applications
  • Desirable to have worked in a Shared Services Center with telephone service
  • Teamwork
  • Focus on customer service
  • Proactivity 
  • Organization and prioritization of tasks
  • Communication and persuasion skills
