What you will do
As a part of our battery assembly operations process you stack metal plates to be inserted into the shell of a battery.

This is a 2nd shift position. Shift times are 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  Regular over-time is required. You may be asked to come in early or stay late depending on production demands or staffing shortages.

How you will do it
You take a varying amount of metal plates; stack them together; place them on a conveyor to go through a machine advancing to complete battery assembly process.

• Our Associates are compensated with an hourly wage of $16.34, plus shift differential of .30/hourand productivity incentive. With the incentive reward the average employee earns $22.88/hour.

What we look for
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic computers skills required

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience requiring high attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime
