What you will do:

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you will be responsible for delivering improvement initiatives and developing a Lean/Continuous Improvement culture across the entire organisation. Utilising your project management of 6 Sigma and Lean Initiatives utilising DMAIC and Lean principles you will ensure effective outcomes and appropriate governance.

You will create and support networks of Initiative Owners assisting in the creation of business cases and building out implementation plans to increase efficiency across the business. Please note that this role can be home based when there isn’t a requirement to be in the office and has roughly 50% UK travel.

What we look for:

5 years’ experience in a transactional environment.
Six Sigma Black Belt level certification by a recognised body or company.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment – to listen, facilitate, challenge, communicate and motivate multifunctional teams and employees at all levels of the organisation.
Drives for operational excellence and business results and interacts effectively at all levels of the organisation to “get things done.”
Excellent organisational and planning skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Competence in Change, Performance, Project and Process Management
Great networking skills and the ability to influence outside of own team.
Fosters open communication, values learning and is able to build employee effectiveness.
Promotes essential facilitation and leadership skills.
Builds teams and acts as a role model in coaching, championing change.
