Plan, Develop, and Marketing & Sales Strategies towards the targets and qualify customers.
Establishing and cultivating long term business relationships by understanding and anticipating customer needs & priorities and delivering effective solutions.
Performing concept introduction to customer’s top management to position ADT as a one-stop solutions provider and partner in facility optimization.
Obtaining initial customer commitments and understanding the decision making process and criteria.
Directing and working with the sales teams to gather facility information to perform Need Analysis.
Holds accountability for periodical financial forecast commitments and prospect management to ensure business growth.

Account management, consultative selling to executive-level buyers, team management and understands micro / macroeconomics issues.
Computer literate, preferably in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good communication skills and public relations, strong leadership skills with emphasis on professional ethics.
Prior background in retail sales in the security solutions field is an added advantage.
Result-oriented, independent, pleasant, well groomed, a team player.
Fluent in written and spoken in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
