What you will do
As a Business Digital Project Manager you will devise and manage digital marketing projects based on overall product, brand and sales strategy, leading all stakeholders (specialized agencies, local marketing and sales teams and other global divisions) in the implementation of the different lines of action: web ecosystem, SEO, paid media, social media, e-mail marketing...

How you will do it
  • Ensure the implementation of global digital marketing projects in collaboration with the Local Marketing teams, making recommendations on how to improve their performance according to the local business goals
  • Collaborate with other Global Divisions, contributing and influencing the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
  • Schedule & lead project meetings
  • Lead and direct project team members
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Build project reports
  • Assess and evaluate project success
  • Measure, report and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), tracking real impact in sales
  • Optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversion
What we look for

Required
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 4-5 years of experience performing digital marketing projects
  • Desirable experience in B2B markets
  • Multidisciplinary: Proven experience in digital project management from end-to-end, including budget control. Ability to understand the digital environment in a holistic way (web ecosystem, SEO, social networks, paid media).
  • Business Acumen: Knowledgeable in current and possible future practices, trends, technology, policies and information affecting his/her business and organization.
  • Able to discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking, applying logical thinking in order to break complex problems into their component parts and using all available data to achieve the best results.
  • Good planner, team player and results-oriented.
  • Fluent level of English (Japanese will be a plus).

Preferred
  • Experience with project planning tools management such as Microsoft Project
  • Knowledgeably in Excel
  • Experience in the use of collaboration tools such as Slack or Trello is a plus
  • Desirable experience working with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo
