What you will do
The Business Support Specialist provides administrative services and assists management with general office administration.
 
How you will do it
As a Business Support Specialist you will assist the Area Business Operations Manager with the following:
Perform day-to-day office support tasks, including; greeting visitors, answering the phone, ordering supplies, processing incoming/outgoing mail, etc.
Accounts payable/set up new vendors.
Set up wage tables for the payroll dept.
Backup time entry / payroll reporting as needed.
Perform other duties as directed.
What we look for
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented and organized.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook are a must.
 
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
2 Year suggested minimum experience.
