What we look for:

Education: High School degree or equivalent


Experience: Customer Service or Call Centre experience


Skills: Professional communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, comfortable handling potential emergency situations, have PC proficiency and type 25 wpm.



Applicants selected for interviews will be required to complete an assessment profile and typing tests on site. Excellent spoken and written English is a requirement.

Paid training (day shift training hours)

Evening and Night shift work – availability to work weekends is a must
