What you will do

This person will join the Central Monitoring Service Center in Hong Kong. She/he will handle customer enquiries and complaints, respond to daily alarm signal, dispatch service and maintenance work.

 

How you will do it

  • Follow up monthly billing and statement
  • Manage daily administrative works and prepare Monitoring System reports
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction

What we look for
 
Required
  • F. 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably in Call Centre or Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Rotating shift on Sunday and Public Holiday (overnight shift duty required)
  • 208 working hours per month (12 hours a day)
 
Preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner, independent and hardworking
  • Security Personnel Permit holder is an advantage
