What you will do
The primary responsibility of the Customer Relations Coordinator is to assist service team in managing a portfolio of service contracts.  This person will be handling variety of service duties and responsibilities.
 
How you will do it
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. 
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. 
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.   
  • Able to build a collaborative working environment with cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Review/process renewal and new contracts in our Oracle based system (ACE)
  • Review/process credit memos
  • Create margin analysis report
  • Follow up on service contract (PMAs) invoices
  • Merge/create consolidated invoices for customers
  • Maintain local MS Access database (PMA Database) information
  • Maintain and file documents/contracts (physical and digital copies) in contract file folders and on the server
  • Process/update certificate of insurance for customers
  • Enter new customers in our Oracle based system (ACE) and make changes to existing customers in our Oracle based system (ACE)
  • Set up new vendors/subcontractors
  • Accounts payable
  • Other duties and administrative activities as assigned.
What we look for
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of service industry experience
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
