The Opportunity

To provide Customer Care  support to the Installations and Service team .This role requires an individual with energy and drive, with the flexibility to take on any tasks directed his/her way. Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries via phone and provide  exceptional phone customer service.

Often being the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will have a professional and helpful manner with the ability to establish and foster relationships with both external, and internal clients. Your sound ability to communicate with people at all levels, and use of initiative will assist you in providing accurate and reliable administration support.

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to respond to a large volume of incoming calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Call Centre experience desirable
  • The ability to work independently or part of a team
