 Main responsabilities:


- Technical Service for spare parts
o Answer to technical questions about customer spare parts
o Help to spare parts to find equivalence of parts
- Technical Purchasing Service
o Purchase assistance for meetings with suppliers providing technical product information
o Verification of products during the process of selection and / or verification of new spare parts
o Help in the verification of new parts of new products not manufactured in JCH-ES
- Sales Service
o Technical comparison of spare parts of different products to assign initial forecast
o Identification of equivalent parts
o Help in the creation / revision of parts prices (linking with groups and families and aligned with the market)
- Maintenance of the selection software (HI-Parts)
o Responsible for maintenance of spare parts selection software
 Problem analysis
 Contact with the provider (software creator)
o Responsible for introducing new products in Hi-Parts
o Responsible for the introduction of new parts to existing products in Hi-Parts
o Follow-up of the process of introducing new product spare parts in the market:
 Price list
 ERP
 Hi-Parts
 Initial stock
 Follow up

 

Bachelor’s degree required.

Desirable experience in Spare Parts Service.  

Excellent skills in customer attention.

      
Language:

English- fluent skill

 

Advanced level in Ms Excel
