What we look for
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years of customer service experience desired (3 yrs minimum)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to conduct and facilitate training
