JOB OVERVIEW

Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing advice on product availability and price.
Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team via phone or mail.
Order handling, prepare, send and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
Owns Order management and proactively takes the necessary actions by phone and online. Improve & maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Incoming phones related to orders and backorder
Online commercial related tasks
Order handling
Chasing backorder with customers and Sales Support Specialist
Coordination of activities with peers and sales
Customer care
Filing & miscellaneous admin task
Job requirements
Atleast 3-5 years of related work experience in Customer Service along with order entry/admin tasks
Hands on experience with ERP/Pronto and CRM/Salesforce System will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written command of English
Knowledge of computer programs used for the job
(Outlook, Internet Explorer, Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePoint)
