What you will do

Join our Transformation to work with our global team as an intern for 12 months.  The project involves thousands of our global employees who are working to improve organization performance and behavioral health.  Your role will be within the health team, partnering with our project manager for Driving Health locally, our 12 global Health Sub Work Stream Leads, and our 500 site health champions.

Your role will be to monitor the progress of this Driving Health Locally initiative through a monthly pulse survey, analysis of Health Improvement tracker, and creation of monthly dashboards. 

Estimate of weekly hours: 25

Work Schedule:

The work follows an established monthly cadence, with time each week of the month. Tasks are aligned to weeks and days where work schedule will need to align. While certain tasks need to be completed on a specific day, the work hours are flexible. i.e. Data analysis on 4th Wednesday of the month to turn around dashboards.


How you will do it: 
 Own process to maintain Champions List
  • Improve process to maintain list
  • Update list based on ongoing request from sWSLs/Health Leads (new, terms, replace…) –Single Point Of Contact
  • Ensure correct Distribution List (email)
  • Support Manager mapping/communication (to be confirmed)

Administer Health Improvement Tracker

  • Support questions from Champions about tracker (technical in partnership with IT)
  • Do first quality scan of Health Improvements to identify best practices (global/regional) – send to IO
  • Provide status/progress updates to IO throughout month  
  • Run and analyse reports required for monthly dashboards – send to IO

Administer Champions and Manager Pulse Survey

  • Manage distribution lists (champs and random selection people managers)
  • Set up monthly Surveys in SharePoint (we create survey - so more technical set up, ensure correct links per month etc. Kaitlin can support)
  • Send out monthly survey invitations and reminders from shared Health inbox.
  • Provide status/progress updates to IO throughout month  
  • Support audience in case technical questions
  • Run and analyse reports required for monthly dashboards – send to IO
  • Support Communication Survey as required

Create monthly Dashboards

  • Develop dashboards for reporting (last 3 days off month) – input from champs list/improvement tracker/pulse survey
    • Global Dashboard
    • Regional/BU Dashboards
    • Support specific request

Support adhoc analytics/admin tasks

    • Special Reports / Pivot Excel lists, etc.

What we look for

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science/Analytics, HR, or business with a data focus
  • Currently a sophomore or junior status
  • Attending school in the Milwaukee area and available to work 25 hours/week during school year and 40 hours/week during the summer. Must be available to work on Wednesday’s.
  • Available to work
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with design of IT applications including basic databases
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including working with multiple data sets in Pivot Tables, creating dashboards
  • Effective written and oral communications ability
  • Assessment writing and analysis experience
