This position will be responsible for developing digital solution business sales opportunities with sales, selling materials like proposal & presentation decks, guiding and supporting front sales on Digital Solution sales activities.  Be accountable for communicating with product team & product manager to address clients’ request and enhance the features of digital solution offerings.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

  1. Lead & support regional Digital Solution sales community to develop and secure DS business cross China.
  2. Work with Digital Solution country leader to go through DS pipeline and track status of opportunities, analyzing how to increase secure percentage of valuable DS cases.
  3. Bring customer requirements on Digital Solution back to global product team, jointly defining roadmap with milestones, next steps and timeline, and positioning our proposal to address customer pain point and power customer core business.
  4. Leverage global Digital Solution resources across China regional teams and educate regional teams on new solutions/offers of digitalization business from global product team and building associated proposals.
  5. Work with market team to build up brochure and other materials, arming regional sales with professional sale deck.
  6. Support local team on preparing customized digital solution, including understanding customer’s target goal & digital transformation agenda, identifying customer pain point & relevant use-case, designing technical architecture & capabilities required, and conducting value engineering etc.
  7. Working with eco-partner to configure digital offering is part of job role.

 

COMPETENCES REQUIRED:

  • BUSINESS ACUMEN
    1. Knowledge and understanding of how digital business operates in local market, and the digital business approach versus traditional approach.
    2. Understanding of business modes in different markets (different geography, different sub-segment, etc.).
    3. Deep understanding on the vertical market intelligence analytics to help front sale go to the market.
    4. Ability to comprehend and make significant contributions to development of digital business solution.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  1. Communication skills with ability to deliver clear message, influence and convince (internally interface with front-sales and project team; externally present clients on our solution).
  2. Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to country level management as well global customer.
  3. Ability to communicate with customer and convert customer paint point to digital solutions.
  • INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
  1. Experience on intelligent building, energy Efficiency, and related industry with different roles on digital transition.
  2. With execution background of control, IOT, or smart building related technology system.
  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  1. Be highly collaborative with ability to animate a multi-cultural community and foster cooperation. Be Innovative while staying within a logical and constrained framework.
  2. Strong self-learning ability and logical thinking.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. 7+ years working experience in related industry and 3+ years of experience on sales role (digital and software related is preferred).
  3. An in-deep understanding of digital business approach and strong JCI related offerings capabilities is desirable.
  4. Must demonstrate excellent writing and facilitation skills, especially skill on Microsoft office 365 apps.
  5. Has rigorous and analytical temper to overcome the challenge and solve the problems.
