    (ISTM) and field technicians with a direct link to Sales.

How you will do it
  • Assist ISTM with monthly setting of revenue forecast, and ensuring department meets or exceeds forecast
  • Assigns and coordinates the install technicians
  • Full scheduling of all installations for the branch
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed within scheduled timeframes and agreed deadlines
  • Issuing of ULC certificates
  • Makes all required outbound calls to the customer to establish job-site readiness, and works with client and technician to facilitate superior product/service delivery.
  • Stages all installations
  • Immediate notification to ISTM of any job at risk
  • Coordinates technician parts requisitions and follows up on parts pending
  • Supports the National Dispatch Centre in coordination of service technicians
  • Optimization of service routes
  • Scrubbing of tickets daily to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Tracking of monthly inspections
  • Provide Time and Material quotes
  • Informs service technicians when parts are received
  • Coordinate and assist with technician inventory reconciliation
  • Inbound customer calls to branch and provide quality service to customers - escalate when required
  • Work with vendors to ensure best price and timely delivery of equipment
  • Work with internal procurement to ensure timely delivery of equipment
  • Coordination and follow up on EHS documents (Toolbox Talks)
  • Acts as a liaison between Customers, Service, Installation and Management
  • Works laterally with Sales on installations and service
  • Inventory implementation and ongoing management
  • Performs shipping/receiving duties
  • Batching of AP invoices
  • Coordination of facilities management including orientation of sub-contractors for building maintenance
  • Work with Sales team to ensure best possible experience for the customer
  • Such other duties as may be assigned
What we look for
  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • Fluent English language written and verbal skills, demonstrated superior people and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be physically capable to lift up to 20 kg unaided, andwork on stepladders.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with scheduling and/or dispatching
  • Experience with ordering parts
  • Experience working with AS400
  • Experience working in Oracle
  • Bilingual
