What you will do:

Responsible to manage warehouse and logistics processes and personnel to support Customer delivery targets and Inventory metrics, and implement processes that improve operating efficiencies and reduce cost within plant and logistics costs. 

How you will do it

  1. Warehousing
    1. Manage the storage and movement of materials within a facility.
    2. Responsible to ensure all warehouse operations have proper material handling equipment and resources to complete tasks on schedule and safely.
    3. Plan and manage warehouse space utilization.
    4. Maintain raw material and (where applicable) finished goods inventories.
    5. Manage material flow within the facility.
    6. Support cycle count program to ensure accurate inventory balances
  2. Receiving:
    1. Unload deliveries to the facility.
    2. Ensure proper quality of materials prior to receipt into ERP.
    3. Ensure received materials match the purchase order.
  3. Shipping
    1. Plan, coordinate and manage the daily shipping and distribution plan.
    2. Load trucks and schedules leaving the facility
    3. Manage palletization and packaging operations
  4. Logistics
    1. Ensure utilization for approved carrier list according approved Routing instructions.
    2. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) or approved carriers for product leaving the facility.
    3. Ensure key JCMS material processes for Transportation execution are implemented, and operating daily
    4. Follow import-export regulation and paperwork requirements
  5. Maintains effective working relationship and communication with all departments.
  6. Operates within budget and contributes to the overall reduction of overhead and expenses.
  7. Responsible for leading projects related to Continuous Improvement and Cost reduction efforts in accordance with Plant Management goals.

What we look for


  • Two (2) to four (4) years material management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. 
  • Normal mechanical and analytical ability is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. Extended knowledge of MRP and ERP experience.
  • May be required to travel 5% of the time.


  • 2-year or 4-year degree in an appropriate field of study
  • Experience with warehouse management and distribution systems, transportation management systems (TMS) and managing customs compliance preferred.
  • APICS Certification in CPIM, or CLTD Preferred.
