What you will do

 

To execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and sets priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives. Develop and continuously grow the new opportunities from Fire & Security customer base to recapture Install Base from new and existing customer base assigned.

 

Responsible for sales planning, sales management development and sales activity consistent with Sales Management Disciplines.

 
 
How you will do it
  • Executes short and long-term sales strategies to meet Country business plans and goals to grow market share by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Establishes Country account development goals consistent with Country strategic direction. Ensures focus on developing new business.  Consistently seeks to expand the scope of technical sales.
  • Analyzes assigned accounts and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting planned profits and makes adjustments to the plan when necessary.
  • Leverages resources across service, to expand/create new opportunities from key accounts all verticals of Service Business.
  • Actively look for new opportunities and ensure the retention of our existing customer base through team-working, proactive customer visits and customer relationship building.
  • Develop and continuously grow our PSA business targeting at both existing and new customer base  through effective business strategies and tactical action plans without compromising on our service business sustainability and quality of earnings.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, prospects and forecasts.

The candidate should be very enthusiastic, self-motivated and a fast learner.

The most desirable candidate would be a former developer / software engineer on any programming language with automation experience, or a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with developer skills.

  • Bachelor Degree with F&S, BMS, HVAC services with 10 years of experience.
  • English essential and dialects preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint softwares.
  • Need to travel overseas as and when required.
  • Require interaction with building owners, customers, dealers, contractors, etc.
  • Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure when required.
  • Experience in leading the development and growth of Energy Solutions business incl. Green Building.

 
Preferred

  • Strong detail-orientation with demonstrated analysis and follow-through skills
  • Proficient in load, performance, and functionality testing of new products/product features as well as regression testing of existing C#, .NET driven products (MS Visual Studio Team System experience preferred)
