What you will do

The Executive Director, Business Transformation will lead large-scale strategic change across Global Products leveraging leading business and technology practices to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working, unlocking investment capacity and driving ongoing scale and growth.

 

This Executive will coordinate and orchestrate with the business leaders of Global Products businesses and all key functional leaders to develop world-class execution plan to accelerate growth and meet profitability, investment returns, and margin improvements utilizing a rigorous program management process and metrics.

 

How you will do it

    • Partner with business leaders to drive enhanced customer outcomes and improved financial performance through improvements to current-state business operations and through longer-term redesign of how business value is delivered
    • Create a foundation and supporting framework to create business insights and analytics across the enterprise to drive long term growth strategies and improve short term operational performance 
    • Assemble and manage a leadership team of Insights/Analytics, Business Process Consultants to define the detailed changes related to people, processes, and technology that are needed to achieve strategies and roadmap deliverables
    • Lead and facilitate organizational change management – partner with business leaders, HR, and Learning to set and maintain focus on the business context for change and to plan and execute detailed change management activities
    • Promote broad, cross-functional understanding of existing business and technology capabilities including potential uses – help the organization leverage current capabilities
    • Lead benchmarking programs and ensure results are incorporated into business improvement programs and translate program requirements into detailed team work plans and resource needs
    • Oversee formulation and governance for key performance indicators across businesses.
    • Provide oversight for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and prepares and presents progress reviews and update to Senior Leadership
    • Liaise with Enterprise Transformation Office representing Global Products

What we look for

    • 10+ years of experience leading impactful, transformational change; P&L Management experience is preferred
    • Able to build strong working relationships with other leaders across the organization and can navigate proficiently across various organizational levels
    • Strong executive/board-level business communication and presentation skills
    • Active change agent skilled at helping others through transformative change and able to build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders – highly skilled at facilitating resolution across functions and business units
    • Experience leading initiatives that drive material cost savings and enhance customer outcomes
    • Proficiency in building and leading teams
    • Experience with project management principles and agile models
