What you will do 

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to take a larger role in this project. The responsibility of the Team Leads will be to ensure our technicians have all resources available to them to be successful. This will require a large amount of oversite as well as hands on assistance with the technicians to raise the level of knowledge among the team. The Team Leader will coordinate with the Facility Operations Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Compliance Supervisor in order to streamline the workflow as well as raising awareness of any issues identified in certain tasks. The Team Lead will also be the point person in the field to determine the scope of work and if vendors or additional materials are needed to complete a job. 

 

Leads a small team of facility technicians to execute account level technical services. Ensures delivery of services with a high level of customer satisfaction.  

 

-Be the Subject Matter Expert for all onsite equipment, components, and systems. 

-Monitor and disseminate workflow through QFM to include work requests and PM’s 

-Assist and coordinate with other Team Leads to allow for an efficient and effective workflow strategy. 

-Maintain an onsite inventory of Critical Spares and common consumables  

-Is responsible for the accurate completion of Work Orders and PMs within the team that will ensure we are delivering our best product to our customers. 

 

How you will do it 

 

  • Reference drawings, submittals, and O&M manuals to identify parts and periodic maintenance requirements and corrective maintenance actions (i.e., troubleshooting steps) 
  • Monitor QFM daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure technicians are keeping pace with work orders and PM’s 
  • Build a positive relationship with other Team Leads to achieve a culture of reliability and helpfulness. 
  • Maintain a variety of Excel Workbooks on Share point to track consumables and perform periodic physical verification to ensure accuracy and to minimize losses 
  • Interface with our customers points of contacts to maintain open lines of communication before, during and after (if necessary) a work order comes in. 

What we look for 

 

Required 

  • University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2-year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years in facility maintenance and operations. 
  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine.

 

 

Preferred 

  • Ability to coordinate and motivate a small group of technicians. 
  • High energy, team-oriented attitude 
  • Willingness to seek out and correct deficiencies around the site.
