What we look for

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience.
2. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
3. Strong Personal Computer working capabilities
4. The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance required. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)

1. Project Management experience with projects related to Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Access Controls, Intrusion Detection, etc). Five (5) or more years strongly preferred.
2. Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems
3. Experience in dealing with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines
4. Prior experience reading and interpreting government contracts
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
