What you will do:
The Global S&OP Program Manager – Capability Development will support the Global S&OP Program and the Business Unit S&OP teams as a key member of the S&OP COE.  Specifically, the role will act in leadership role with specific focus on capability building program development and deployment.  , Effective program management is critical to ensure transparency and accountability to the roadmap and committed results through the implementation and maturation of S&OP practices across JCI Global Products.  S&OP maturity will require effective and standardized methods of establishing needed capabilities and skills, assessing individuals and team against those capabilities, coordinating educational offerings and monitoring progress.  

How you will do it:
•Reference S&OP, Supply-Chain, and/or Program Management experience to lead Program Management efforts for the Global S&OP COE level in addition to providing PM coaching to the S&OP Leadership at the business unit level
•Leverage support from business partners in Human Resources, Communication, and Training to develop a standardized Talent Assessment and Talent Development process aligned with JCI Global Products S&OP Playbook
•Lead pilot and implementation of S&OP Talent Assessment and Capability Development program in each business unit ensuring current S&OP stakeholders have effective development plans and there is a strong global pipeline of future talent.
•As member of global S&OP team, help drive effective S&OP processes, maturity, and behaviors across the organization
•Maintains effective working relationship and communication with all business units


 
What we look for:
•Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, HR, or Business Administration preferred)
•Eight + years experience in Program Management, S&OP, IBP, SIOP, Talent Development or Supply Chain in complicated global environments
•Three + years management experience with proven ability to lead through influence
•Experience in using Lean Six Sigma methodology and driving process improvement projects 
•Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
