What we look for 

  • The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced manufacturing professional that can apply security best practices into the manufacturing methodologies of the organization.  The candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively to different business and IT leaders. The candidate will be able to lead and execute the Information Security manufacturing management strategy defined by leaders. The candidate will demonstrate drive, intelligence, maturity, and energy and will be a proven team leader.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering/science field and minimum 12 years of related experience, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Concepts with the ability to apply relentless continuous improvement principles to all projects/processes.
  • Experience with industrial field bus like EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, Profitnet, DeviceNet. 
  • Experience with MES systems and factory automation data.
  • Experience performing security/vulnerability reviews of network environments. 
  • Candidate must be able to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high stress situations. 
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills are required to document and communicate findings, escalate critical incidents, to technical and non-technical audiences at different seniority levels and interact with customers. 
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to self-start, prioritize, multi-task and work in a global team setting. 
  • Ability to create and maintain good business relationships with counter parts, customers, and external entities to achieve the security operations management goals
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and personal integrity in the exercise of duties, including the ability to professionally address confidential matters
  • Experience working with a multinational or larger corporation and counterparts in other remote locations.
  • Experience in the definition and implementation of strategic information security plans
  • Expert knowledge of ICS, SCADA and other industrial components and capabilities
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing best practices and methodologies


  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
  • JCMS
  • Certified Quality Engineer
  • Certified Automation Professional
