Graduate Supply Chain Analyst Intern

What you will do:

The Supply Chain Analyst Intern is responsible for a variety of small and large-scale supply-chain related projects. These projects are centered around Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve the Ductless Systems Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Intern will also have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and Supply Chain team members to manage multiple aspects of our Supply Chain including demand planning, forecasting, sourcing and commodity management and more. This intern position is year-round, accommodating a part-time schedule during the school year and full-time during breaks and summer.

How you will do it:

• Assist with developing and managing supplier relationships.

 • Proactively identify and implement process improvement strategies within team.

• Actively participate as a resource on project teams and/or programs to support business initiatives and objectives.

• Learn Supply Chain best practices and/or tools (e.g., forecasting, importing, distribution, logistics, value stream mapping).

 • Other duties as required by leadership

What we look for

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or pursuing a higher education degree program, i.e Master's

 • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including high proficiency in Excel

 • Experience with material planning is a plus

 • Highly skilled with data analysis

• Previous Supply Chain experience Preferred Qualifications:

 • Innovative, effective problem-solving skills are essential

 • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize

 • Exemplary written and oral communication

• Commitment to timely task completion

• Possess poise and the ability to interact with people in a professional manner
