  • Key Clients/Business Areas Consultancy and to represent all HR functions.
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to the key client areas in operational part and the additional responsibility to support other HR functions.
  • Proactively gain customer feedback to aid HR functions, improve service levels and represent HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas.
  • Support other HR areas to equip customers with appropriate knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management, Training need analysis, On boarding process, Young Leader Program  etc.
  • Provide management support and HR expertise to the business with specific related projects, manage change and drive new initiative
  • Outside of the people plans, identify people issues in partnership with key clients and support them with advice and expertise to resolve these matters.
  • Act as subject matter expert in all HR function such as Employee Relation, Government Relation, Talent Management etc.
  • Executes daily basic HR activities across assigned location covering multiple HR areas. Assists in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures. Provides other HR functions the support as needed.
  • Provide training/coaching as required.
  • Working in partnership with the business to manage employee relations issues.
  • Build management responsibility and capability for managing Employee Relations.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures.
  • Support business area with disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues where specific business knowledge is essential.
  • Other related responsibilities might be added if needed.
HR or Industrial Engineering university degree/ or equivalent combination of education & minimum 2 Years’ experience in HR Business Partner field.
