What you will do:

Lead the HR organization for a dynamic Shared Service Center in Dalian including functions of Finance, Procurement as well as Human Resources.  The HR Leader will have full life-cycle responsibility operating in a global mnc.  

 

This position sits in China Field Solutions HR team which is held accountable for and drive accountability into every aspect of the HR function including:

 

     Develop resources planning in alignment with business needs and ensures staffing efficiency

     Execute Talent development plans to identify, attract, retain and develop employees 

     Counsels management regarding Salary Planning/Compensation, equity issues, promotions, job reclassifications etc.

     Provide active dialog, coaching, feedback, and present solutions to the business leaders on business issues such as performance, organizational structure, effective team building and leadership, training and development, succession planning and change management.

     Drives the implementation, communication and execution of multi-discipline HR policies, procedures, processes and initiatives. 

Advise management and respond to issues of local compliance, employment law, employee and labor relations and other requirements as they pertain to the human resources function.

     Manage relevant communications around changes to employees at all levels.

     Fosters and promotes a climate of high perfomance culture. Take initiatives that promotes potitive employee engagement as well as leader effectiveness.

What we look for: 

  • The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of related experience and/or a combination of experience.  
  • Shared Service Center, BPO, and/or experience in complex business environments, and MNC experience are a plus.  
  • The ideal candidate will have primarily a Generalist background, business/partner interface experiences. 
  • Candidate will have strong experiences/knowledge of Talent Management.   
  • A University graduate, Post graduate degree and/or certification preferred.
