Primary Directive:

 

Responsible for supporting digital transformation within HRSSC by:

 

  • Developing and implementing automation solution to improve operation efficiency and user experience
  • Designing and developing dashboard to meet operation and management needs

The CI, QA & Training Specialist main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with process owners and understand business processes
  • Identify automation opportunities in business processes
  • Develop automation for defined business processes
  • Clearly document business requirements and maintain user guide
  • Maintain automation solutions and manage change requests
  • Train service team’s knowledge & skills on RPA solutions
  • Manage other training logisticsTraining coordinator

Other assigned responsibilities by manager

  • 3 years+ of working experience in automation development and data analysis (VBA, Python, Power App, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering
  • High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating in English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
  • High Customer Service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
  • Experience in automation development and data analysis & visualization (VBA, Python, Power App, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience on Photoshop and Video design is a plus
