What you will do
Tyco Fire Protection Products produces fire protection, detection, and mechanical building construction solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, and residential customers, sold under leading global brands.
As Inside Sales Specialist, you will be dealing with sales enquiries to ensure incremental sales in close cooperation with Account Managers / Outside Sales. Drive everything with potential sales up to order with proactive sale of products or services by phone or online. Improve customer satisfaction through commercial activities. Follow up sales transactions effectively to ensure that the agreed quantities of products are delivered to the customer as set out in the sales offer/order, at the agreed place and time.


How you will do it
  • Technical inquiry selection and quotation management 
  • Supporting Project Engineering in getting the correct required data from the customers 
  • Salesforce opportunity creation and the follow up 
  • Quotation follow up to be prepared regularly on the project status, report to the management as required 
  • Interface between the Outside Sales Force and Customer Service department 
  • Standard Technical Quotations management (via SAP or EXCEL) 
  • Standard Pricing 
  • Sales Development Support with a particular focus on customer relationship and the possibility to run technical sales presentations when required 
  • Applying right focus on Key Accounts staying aligned with global key account manager & strategies 
  • Assisting in planning / quoting phase with a hazard analyses; review special requirements by the customer.

What we look for
  • Use of ERP/SAP and CRM/Salesforce System 
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English and Italian language 
  • Knowledge of additional computer programs (Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Telephone systems 
  • Experience working in the fire protection and/or construction and building services sector 
  • An understanding of Gas Suppression products and applications 
  • Commercial attitude and awareness 
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Customer focused person
