What we look for: 
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with at least ten (10) years of overall management business experience is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least ten (10) years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with exposure to Plan, Build and Run functions.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft and Cisco technology is preferred.
  • Must have proven track record in leading teams that have delivered breakthrough results for an organization.
  • Must have people management knowledge and experience, and strong cross-functional business acumen.
  • This role requires a diverse business background, preferably with direct experience in medium to large scale manufacturing enterprise.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to see multiple sides of an issue are essential. 
  • Proven ability in Systems Thinking, Plan-Do-Check-Act, and Problem Solving is desirable.
  • Must have outstanding presence and communication skills, able to inspire trust and quickly build credibility.
  • Must have strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Must have excellent intellect, strategic and tactical thinking ability, complemented by a "hands-on" operational and business planning orientation.
  • Must articulates a complex change in a way that is easily understood by others.
  • Moral and personal integrity and the values that inspire trust in the organization.
  • Must have strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 
  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; and 10+ years of experience in IT initiatives.
  • Bilingual English – Japanese fluency is preferred with ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership group, project managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
