What you will do

Our Global IT ERP Delivery team is looking for an experienced ERP Governance Leader who will define and establish a robust governance framework for the ERP Delivery teams and related programs.

How you will do it

  • Implement and drive adoption of RICEF guidelines (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms) 
  • Drive and track adoption of standard project deliverable templates by the various teams and projects (FDD, TDD, Test Scripts…) Design, Build, Test deliverables
  • Suggest and support the creation of new templates when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Teams and PMO to drive adoption of Agile Methodology and capture any changes to the ERP roadmap when applicable
  • Providing inputs to the PMO team to support global ERP roadmap across all Transformation Programs
  • Establish standard and consistent governance model for Enhancements (not considered projects) across all ERPs
  • Support the organization and preparation of the financial planning cycle for Enterprise Solutions
  • Supports licenses management with vendors
  • Support monthly M&A activities and act as point of contact for the ERP team
  • Establish a governance model to support managing and tracking of application licenses. Engage with vendors on licensing matters when required.
  • Identify, monitor and execute on vendor synergies in conjunction with ERP roadmap
  • Owns and maintains the JIRA template for IT deliverables
  • Supports and track Training plan for the ERP organization

What we look for


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Business Administration or project management field
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience coming from program solution delivery, PMO role, IT Audit, Application Delivery or similar role within global IT environment
  • Experience managing overall or part of multidisciplinary ERP Transformation programs with multiple teams located domestically and abroad
  • “Full life-cycle” ERP project experience in an SAP or Oracle environment
  • Experience engaging at Executive Level and driving decisions
  • Experienced in Program/Solution Delivery, Business IT partnering and Functional business stakeholder management
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence and lead in in a matrix organization.
  • Extremely organized but flexible to be able to deliver effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills


  • Prior experience construction, installation or manufacturing industries
  • PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Agile knowledge/certification would
