What you will do

The Junior Operational Excellence Analyst will be responsible for working as part of a team to develop and deliver automated processes plus reporting their project status to the Associate Director Field Operations. The below description outlines the role, skills, and aptitude required for the role.

How you will do it

  • Analyst will be responsible for completing requirements documentation, development, testing and implementation of Power Bi/Dax that will interact with multiple third- party applications.
  • Building the Business Case: Actively involved in building the opportunity business case and qualifying the business – working with teams to create and act on their opportunity plans. Actively contribute to the business use case process.
  • Creating the Process Definition Document (PDD) using the flow chart’s diagram defined process-to-be.
  • Builds dashboards & reports in the developer environment.
  • Create the high-level solution blueprint: Identifying the key solution elements, operating model, and delivery approach.
  • Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with dashboards & reports.
  • Provide on-going operational support, including upgrades, defect fixes, and any Process change activities.
  • Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create test plans for system integration testing phases of the dashboards & reports.
  • Continually identify, communicate, and implement industry best practices related to Power BI and analytics tools.
  • Continue to develop technical skills, keeping up with emerging Microsoft technology

What we look for


  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputed university in engineering, IT, economics, math, statistics, science, or other related fields in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Access and Visio
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Must be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively.
  • Superior documentation and organizational skills. Must be detail­ oriented.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to use relationships to uncover and develop opportunities. 
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.


  • Experience or ability to learn low-code/no-code development skills with Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Demonstrate experience with different database management systems and writing SQL
  • Exposure with database schema design
  • Exposure with Agile and DevOps/JIRA
  • Exposure consumption of web services is a plus
  • Exposure expertise with Analytics or Systems integration engagement across strategy, design, and implementation.

  • Excellent critical-thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data retrieved from multiple sources.
  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across teams.
