What you will do

Established go-getter with sound track record of successful business acquisition in Source tagging/accessories LOB targeting the above specified vertical and region. Individual Contributor with track record of growing and owning a multi-million dollar quota in this business line and in the specified territory.

How you will do it

Carries an existing Network with important stakeholders related to Retailers, RMG/Footwear manufacturers, Trim and Accessories manufacturers & Suppliers. Can drive to be adopted. Position organization as partner of choice in RFP definition stage.
Should be an industry influencer with “c” level connects.
Effectively wins in this fiercely competitive business. 
Responsible for “Source Tagging strategy” in the region.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of Source Tagging solutions, fronting the same with customers. 
Owning and delivering business goals.
Has experience in collaborating with global counterparts to leverage internal alignment and support – for global retailers sourcing from his region.

What we look for

Required

7-12 years of individual consultative sales experience in selling Source tagging & Tag recirculation solutions/ Trims & Accessories to leading Retailers, Ready Made Garments/Footwear industry, Trim, accessories Suppliers and distributors Bangladesh.
Location: Dhaka

Preferred

Sales expertise in Source tagging solutions, Thorough understanding of Fashion & FMCG loss prevention industry practices (manufacturing to retail), Strong presentation and data analytics skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills ( English, Hindi, Bangla)
