We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be a part of our Retail Team, based in Las Rozas (Madrid).

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Responsible for expanding existing business and manage customer relationships.

  • Develop new propect customers. Identification of client requirements/needs, competitive benchmarking and market analysis, definition of the client value proposition and the solution portfolio (product/service) and pricing proposal

  • Develop consultive sales with many clients stakeholders 

  • Lead quotation preparation and negotiate contracts both commercially and technically.

  • Design of the roll out/ deployment of solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level and Tyco tech support centers with the objective of providing a standard global solutions.

  • Prepare revenue forecasts and sales reports for senior management.

  •  Consulting seller and a trusted advisor,  he/she will become a strategic partner for TYCO's core accounts.

  • Building strong liasons with top customer decision makers to understand and address needs and expectations

  • Become the central role between the sales organisation and other departments (marketing, logistics, finance...) 


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Business Administration/Engineering or similar Degree
5 year experience in Sales, Admin, Marketing, Sales Support
Experience preferred within electronic security

Analytical mind and problem solving attitude
Ability to work in Matrix Organization
High level of integrity
Ability to work autonomously
Be familiar with technologies/integration and the possibility to create value to the client
Travel

LANGUAJES

Spanish bilingual
English high level
