How you will do it:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

 
Responsibility Level:

Manage and coordinate LR matters at LatAm level

 
Typical Duties:

•Strategy. - Create and implement labor strategies that promote long-term business success: Implement best practices in LR. Advise senior management on implications of complex deals, such as restructuring or acquisition, or of pending/relevant issues.

 

•Negotiations. - Union Contract Bargaining: Collect data from labor market to provided analysis to support table negotiations.  Maintain effective Unions Relationship to manage all personnel related topics from labor standpoint. 

 

•Labor Relations. - Carries out tactics that support labor relations goals & agreements. Effectively allocate  resources and execute goals to fulfill labor relations strategy. Drive successful implementation of a labor relations strategy into practice. Advises and educates managers & HR team members on labor relations implications and consequences of options and decisions. 

 

•Office Labor Relations: Establish relationship with local council (STPS, JLCyA, labor government offices, chambers, etc) to manage difficult or large-scale labor situations.

 

•Partner with business managers to engage and negotiate with labor officials and employee representatives at local facilities. 

 

•Supervise the effective performance of HRR from labor standpoint.

 

•Make or advise on decisions that involve employees due to e.g.: robberies, misconducts, safety incidents, etc.

 
•Manage and follow-up labor audits.
 
 

What we look for:

Position Requirements:

•              BA Bachelor Degree or similar

•              8 years’ experience.

•              Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

•              Negotiation Skills.

•              Good level of inter-personal relationships.

•              Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both English and Spanish.
