What you will do

  • Design intuitive and creative learning or performance support tools.
  • Develop training with an emphasis on innovative E-learning and performance support that could be used globally, considering the difference in learning culture in APAC
  • Apply what you know about adult learning and share what you learn along the way with the rest of the team.
  • Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impact the business.
  • Work very closely with team members who will develop your designs.  
  • Act as an internal consultant to combine multiple perspectives into holistic solutions that maximize the impact to the business.
  • Create and support a strong global team environment.
  • Participate in organizational development exercises including group facilitation, team building, and systems analysis.
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in instructional design and training.
  • Understand technology in order to effectively design your learning and performance support tools.

  • Educated – Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or related discipline.

  • Professional – Has personal ethics, does quality work and has a positive attitude.
  • Articulate – Your writing and communication skills must be strong.  You must be able to communicate and write effectively in both Chinese and English, and preferably in one other Asian language.
  • Experience - Two years of designing and developing learning solutions.
