What you will do


Plan and execute a structured “Consultant & Influencer Engagement Program” in Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi to become one of the approved vendors in projects handled by the consultant and generate sales leads.


How you will do it

  • Regular meetings with Consultants, who have got projects in hand, in a structured manner & get all JC LoB products specified & make JC as one of the approved vendors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within JC, to draw necessary resources, to effectively run the program.
  • Build image and perception of JC at Consultants – as a technology leader and dependable solution provider – by planning and executing engagement programs like presentations, senior meetings, plant visits, demos etc.
  • Reporting on business activities at consultants (including competitive actions) to superiors and conforming to JC policies and systems which are in place.
  • Working on self-development in relation to product knowledge and skills like rapport building, conflict handling, negotiation, cross-functional team coordination, presentation, written and verbal communication etc. and personal development like time management etc.

What we look for

  • Approximately 7 - 12 years field experience, preferably in sales, marketing and product approvals involving consultants.
  • Good communication skills and aptitude to drive for results, involving cross-functional teams
  • General understanding of products and solutions which go into a building project or fit-out job.
  • At minimum a Graduate in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • Experience interacting with, working with and supporting consultants with technical specifications / other in areas of HVAC or Controls or Fire & Security
  • Candidates who have worked on similar roles with leading HVAC or Controls, Fire & Security companies or who have worked in consultant organizations.
