Job Description

Manager, Retrofit  Sales

Location- Gurgaon/NCR/ Mumbai/Pune/Chennai, Bangalore/Hyderabad

 

What you will do

Handle Retrofit Sales for Controls & Fire, Security business .

 

How you will do it

Meet existing & new customers for retrofit & expansion opportunities. Work with Turnkey contractors & consultants for fit out jobs.

 

What we look for

  • Should be a BE graduate.
  • Minimum 8-10 year of experience in similar industry.
  • Candidate with project sales experience, good market connect with end customers, Turnkey contractors, consultants, architects & PMCs.
  • Candidate with in-depth core knowledge of BMS, Fire & Security Systems, good communication & PPT presentation skills.
  • Target Company’s : Honeywell, Siemens, Schnieder, UTC

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth:

  • Generate pipeline from Lead Generation process
  • Work on opportunities created through lead generation process and work to close in our favour
  • Identify and create opportunities through audit of existing systems installed at customer facility for existing accounts
  • Identify competition system installations and generate leads by proposing replacement of old systems

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Live update on opportunity management in Sales Force Dot Com
  • Prepare customer sales visit plan for every month to engage with the customer and educate about new offerings/developments from Johnson Controls
  • Preparation of costing by sending required information to estimation team and get cost information from Engineering team
  • Preparation of customer presentation and submission of proposal
  • Follow up/Negotiate with customer to close deal and Secure the job in the system.
