What you will do
Our Tyco Retail Solutions business is a leading global provider of integrated retail performance and security solutions, deployed today at more than 80 percent of the world's top 200 retailers. Customers range from single-store boutiques to global retail enterprises. Over the past 40 years, our retail solutions have kept hundreds of millions of people safe.
For our Tyco Retail Solution division based in Milan, Italy, we are currently looking for an Operational Account Manager who will be responsible for the retention of the business done with the key accounts by delivering a continuous improvement of the operational performance.
The Operational Account Manager will be the single point of contact for all operational contacts, and at the same time will be responsible for the implementation of the operational process, continuous improvement and operational reporting on all the topics.

How you will do it

  • Being the interface between operations and the customer ensuring the proactive cooperation: SPOC for all operational challenges (deviations, questions, advise,…) for the key account(s) within Retail Market
  • Ensure the execution of the contracts
  • Coordinate handling of complaints / claims
  • Responsible for all reporting on the key account(s). Prepare, review and analyze all reporting on the key account(s), including volume, quality, financial and other KPI reporting
  • Prepare and lead operational meetings like MBR's, QBR's and more in close teamwork with all involved parties
  • Brick-wall existing business by monitoring and realizing an excellent customer satisfaction
  • Alert and inform relevant parties on new opportunities and improvements within existing business
  • Alert and inform KAM's and Global Sales on all opportunities other than within existing business
  • Being the project leader for the customer.

What we look for

  • Bachelor in Economics, Industrial Engineering or equal by experience
  • Expert knowledge and experience in account management and complex project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Italian and English, speaking and writing. Any other language is a plus.
