What you will do:


Primary Responsibilities

 

To ensure that Tyco Integrated Fire and Security’s customers’ needs are satisfied through the handling/rerouting of customer inquiries to appropriate departments and follow-up for closure.  To promote good relationships between customers and Tyco.

  • Order Entry.
  • Forwarding job details to the local installation teams.

·         Obtain missing information Data Information from National Clients.

  • Preparing and distribution weekly installation reports.
  • Discontinuances.
  • Filing.
  • Retrieving contract details for various departments.
  • Responding to AR and customer billing inquires.
  • Preparing change request forms.
  • Preparing credit and debit adjustments.
  • Preparing escalation forms.
  • Preparing Customer activity reports.
  • Credit Memos.
  • Answer customer Inquires/requests.
  • Prepare progress invoices for milestones, requests for payments and statutory documents.
  • Order bids bonds, performance bonds and insurance certificates.
  • Reproduce invoices when purchase detail information changed.
  • Receive and confirm orders from National Clients.
  • Obtain PO numbers from National Clients when emergency service is performed.
  • Complete SIM card order forms for GSM installations.

What we Look For:


Education

·         High School graduate or equivalent

Experience

·         3-5 years experience order entry or B2B customer service preferred


Skills

·         Computer literate/ability to use standard office programs and ability to learn           new software quickly

·         Good knowledge of security products and how they operate is preferred. 

·         Developed customer service/conflict resolution skills.
