What you will do: 

The key responsibilitiy of this role is to coordinate various compensation related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.

How you will do it:

1. Process the organization’s payroll accurately and on time via company payroll system.

2. Payroll activities may include: accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions, calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commission etc.

3. Check payroll reporti ng and provide data analysis support.

4. Severance pay calculation per request. Assist in all internal/external audits on payroll related portion.

5. As focal point to payroll vendor/agency on employee benefit issues to implement company benefit programs.

6. Reslove payroll related enquires from employees.

7.Other assignments by manager.

What we look for: 

1.    Bachelor degree above in relevant major, at least 3 years working experience in payroll operation.
2.    Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes and government policies. 
3.    High integrity, action-oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal and process management skills, certain ability to work under pressure. 
4.    Strong team work spirit. Sensitive on numbers. Logically.
5.    Good command of computer skill, good English in both oral and written.
