What we look for
Required

  • An extensive track record and experience in payroll and payroll tax processes
  • Experience and knowledge of UK payroll
  • People Management experience
  • Excellent research and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel (V Look ups and Pivot tables)
  • Ability to investigate end-to-end impacts of payroll dependencies and processing in order to make clear decisions on risks
  • Ability to independently resolve variances and potential disputes between Johnson Controls and outside parties including regulatory institutions and providers
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow in a short time frame
  • Strong analytical and systems experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent language skills – both oral and written, English is essential
Preferred
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation dealing with multiple currency payrolls
  • Project experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ADP Streamline, ADP Freedom and/or Workday
