What we look for

Requirements
• Five Years leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment with normal mechanical and analytical ability.
• Past experience and demonstrated performance in a related position may qualify in lieu of B.S. Degree.
• Must have good communications skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not exclude other occasional work assignments necessitated by business reasons which may affect production/operations to some degree.

Physical Factors
• Moderate physical demand which requires standing and walking.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be mentally prepared to follow a plan and to react and cope with problems and make decisions as problems occur.
• Lifting (moderate), Standing (frequently), Walking (frequently), Climbing (occasional), Judgment (frequently).
• Must understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Work from written and oral instructions.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.
• Must be able to learn, think, concentrate, interact with others, speak, handle stress and exercise self-control (all or each separately may range from occasional to constant).
• Manufacturing – Exposure to noise and dirt
