We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pricing Manager in Neuhausen am Rheinfall (CH) who will have responsibility of the following:

 

Controls:

  • Lead price strategy creation and implementation
  • Market intelligence gathering and synthesis into actionable price strategy
  • Country / channel level price strategy
  • Maximize value captured through tactical price refinements
  • Set aspirations/ targets
  • Partner with sales to establish action plans
  • Manage metrics and dashboards to monitor impact
  • Refine / manage pricing tools


CMPO (Pricing Desk):

  • Partner with EU CMPO team to establish suggested market price, and product transfer price for applied equipment
  • Assist CMPO team in developing and conducting critical pricing analyses

How you will do it

 

Communication is key in this role so we will need you to maintain all lines of communication – up, down, across the business, segments and corporate to ensure understanding and ownership, you will also provide day to day direction and coaching to the cross functional team on priorities, objectives, processes and tasks. We will want you to deliver business goals against common strategy to ensure continued business growth by a motivating and inspiring your team. Essentially you will develop, motivate and empower your team around organizational initiatives and key business priorities to drive continuous success.


Requirements:

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate business degree or other discipline that requires advanced quantitative skills
  • Strong analytical skills/comfort with managing and analyzing financial data
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Business skills:

  • Ability to gain buy-in/ commitment from internal stakeholders
  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills

Technical skills:

  • Ability to identify, synthesize and prioritize key issues and resolve roadblocks
  • Advanced verbal and written communication
  • Confident and comfortable in leading discussions with senior management
  • In addition to pricing, should be knowledgeable in sales, marketing, finance and product development
