What you will do:

 

Program Manager of Delivery Optimization focused on enterprise projects will be responsible for managing day-to-day analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of the improvements. Stakeholders will comprise of Fire domain, Central Operations and Field Operations.

 

 

 How you will do it:

  • Communicating program objectives, impacts and plans in a timely manner, such that no stakeholder is left behind.
  • Planning and establishing project schedule and work-break-down structures, with clear expectations, which should then be communicated to the various stakeholders and executors.
  • Set up cadence with the Operating Committee, Work Groups and ad hoc information sharing.
  • Keep check to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs.
  • Monitor expenses against financial plan of the program.
  • Engage in driving the program. This entails getting involved in learning the processes and injecting educated opinions.
  • Establish fact-based monitoring of the program’s success, both operational and financial. 
  • Design and lead change management of the initiative to ensure optimal return with minimal disruption.


 What we look for:

  • Proactive and self-driven individual with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and adapt to changes.
  • Must possess strong skills in presentations, reporting, and effective writing; risk management/decision making skills; and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep focus on the main objective.
  • Ability to build partnerships, negotiate and influence.
  • Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading successful large, complex programs and executing analyses.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Fire domain, Field Operations and scheduling processes at JCI.
  • Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
