What we look for
  • JCI’s portfolio of products is complex, so we need someone who is quick to grasp how building environments are created and business lines organized.  Don’t worry, we’ll help you with that!
  • Knows how to engage the participants in a classroom and leverage experiences in the group. 
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Education, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Over 5 years of experience in related industry would be preferred
  • Can look at a project and find alternatives.
  • Can change course if needed.  
  • Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes.
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 50% when needed.
  • Collaborates with managers, instructional designers, engineers, business leaders, and more people in the business than we can count.  Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers.
  • Willing to assume authority, take risks, and set clear goals for career development.
  • Has personal ethics, does quality work and has a positive attitude.
  • Strong in written and communication skills.
