What you will do:


- Provide quality support to necessary manufacturing operations and new product launches.

- Work in a manufacturing environment and apply QA & QC knowledge into manufacturing processes.

- Support ISO 9001:2015 as well as other regulatory, agency and notified body internal and external Audits.

- Support quality improvement efforts in designated areas with an ultimate goal of improving "zero defects" performance.

- Work with Quality team to implement related root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

- Track and measure critical processes within the plant

- Assist in the investigation and disposition of Non-conforming material.

- Initiate Supplier Material Rejection Reports for supplier non-conformities.

- Conduct acceptance inspection and testing on incoming materials as well as required testing and documentation on manufactured products using various measurement/inspection equipment.

- Assist in gathering data, compiling information and assisting management in development of metrics and reports.

- Perform audit in assigned manufacturing areas as needed and directed by supervisor

- Conduct non-destructive testing and document results once trained and qualified in NDT disciplines.

What we look for:


 - Associates or Technical Degree with 1 year minimum experience in a manufacturing environment or high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of manufacturing quality experience.

- Appreciation for and willingness to promote a safety oriented work environment.

- Previous pressure vessel manufacturing experience is a plus.

- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 standards and facilitating continuous improvement using formal quality methodology and tools is a plus.

- Experience with and proficiency in completing PPAP documentation is a plus.

- Ability to make sound decisions and handle multiple demands concurrently.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, SAP and other computer software.

- Positive attitude and ability to influence others to promote world class quality.
