What you will do
As a Sales Channel Portal you will be responsible for building, managing and maintaining the content hosted on the Channel Partner Portal (Global scope, mainly).

How you will do it
  • Support local teams in the content creation for the Channel Portal.
  • Safeguard legal aspects regarding publishing content, considering local legal frameworks.
  • Responsible for the Channel Portal content strategy, always aligned with the business strategy, global and local.
  • In charge of calendars content creation for the Channel Portal.
  • Consistently monitor and review portal usage data; creating usage reports; understanding content effectiveness.
  • Support on: Record, edit and upload content for the e-Learning portal following the Training guidelines.
  • Should be able to work in close contact with a Channel Campaign Manager to leverage Marketing Content aimed at activating existing partners and recruiting new ones.
  • Consistently aware of HVAC market news and benchmarks.
  • Responsible of managing different stake holders (internal and external) to create the synergies that contents creation requires.
What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Content creation.
  • Excellent communications skills. Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Business and Channel Acumen - Knows how channels work, taking into account the current channel situation for the company and possible future trends and information affecting channels and organization; is aware of how channel strategies and tactics work in the market place.
  • Customer Focus - dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first- hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
  • Ability to discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.
  • Proficiency in Analytics tools and CMS.
  • Fluent level of English is required.

Preferred
  • Experience in Trade Marketing preferred.
  • Fluency in Japanese is a plus. Other languages are a bonus.
