What you will do

Support sales performance and incentive process administrations and data analytics to ensure the success of end to end process of sales targets, performance, and incentive in Asia Pacific region

How you will do it

Part 1: Sales Capacity Tracking

  • Collect Sales capacity data and analyze changes from Workday system and synthesize all changes into system format for updates in performance and incentive platform
  • Work closely with sales excellence team to ensure tracking on capacity are accurate and updates are timely

Part 2: Sales Incentive Administration & Analytics

  • Develop and continuously update the offline incentive calculator(s) based on the solid understanding on plan design and ad-hoc business requirements
  • Collect sales performance data and sales employee data with coordination of multiple functions and/or systems
  • Calculate the payout multiplier and payout amount (incl. simulated amount for annual payment plans) on quarterly basis
  • Coordinate the data validation and payment adjustment process with FSHR, Sales Ops and Finance before finalizing payout amount
  • Collect commission payout from country (if still commission plan exists)
  • Consolidate & analyze sales performance and payout results to report out for Steering Committee’s final approval
  • Distribute approved payout amount to HRSSC for payroll processing
  • Upload approved payout amount to sales incentive system for sales communication and reporting purpose
  • Be the POC if any question on incentive payout calculation for FSHR and Sales Ops
  • Support Strategic Account & Digital Solution team for incentive payout calculation and payout processing

Part 3: Sales Incentive Automation

  • Partner with IT project team on automatic incentive calculation development (incl. system UAT for incentive calculation & reporting) and support system implementation & user training

What we look for

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales compensation, finance, or business analytics
  • Strong analytical skills – able to conduct data analysis independently and summarize results to meaningful findings for stakeholder requirements
  • Experienced in analytical tools and producing dashboards; Skills with database query/tools e.g. SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python etc. preferred
  • Ability to integrate and work with cross functional teams from different background, cultures and geographies
  • Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Statistics, Finance or equivalent
